These energy balls are perfect for sweet snacks while on the go. They are so easy to make and are also bite size, which makes it portably convenient.

They are alternatives to sweet snacks such as chocolate sweets and candy.

The recipe for this are :

– Coconut Meat ( 1 whole)
– Walnuts (soaked for 3 hours)
– A cup of Dates

Directions:

In a processor combine all the ingredients and pulse them until they have a thick consistency.
With your hands roll the contents until they are made into bite size balls.

If you have a dehydrator, place them onto the sheet for 113 and wait for overnight for them to be ready to eat.
